What does it mean to live in transit?
Between war and peace, between borders and binaries, between safety and danger—queer lives often unfold in the in-between.

As part of Alternative Pride, Queer Lives in Transit invites you to an evening that explores queerness as a liminal*, mobile, and deeply creative way of being in the world. Through a talk, performance, and a DJ set by Lucky Lube (Group Therapy) b2b2b with Aaron Blau and Puppy (Cuddles) from Berlin, we delve into what it means to navigate and redefine identity, displacement, and belonging as a queer individual.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be surrounded by various forms of expression - visual stories, photographic works, drawings, personal diaries - each offering a unique interpretation of life in transit, migration, transition, resistance, and re-imagining home.

Music by Group Therapy and Cuddles.

The event is free and will take place at the exhibition space "Ovenpå" above Råhuset at Onkel Dannys Plads 7, 1711 København V

*Liminal refers to the state or experience of being in-between two distinct stages or conditions, often during a transition or rite of passage
