Beginners Yoga Course

A four week course into all the aspects of the yoga practice. The aim is to have you feel comfortable and confident in the regular classes.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this course is perfect for you.

Each four weeks will begin at the beginning of the month and each week will have a particular focus. Every Thursday night from 7.15 to 8.30pm.

Week 1.
Foundations of Tadasana (Mountain Pose) the blue print for all poses. Sun salutation A and B. How to sit and breathe properly.

Week 2.
Moon category poses. All forward folds and twists.An understanding of moon breathing techniques and meditations.

Week 3.
Sun category poses. All back bends and lateral poses. Understand the Sun breathing techniques and meditations.

Week 4.
Fire category poses and techniques. Understand the Fire breathing techniques and meditations.
