Tai Chi at the Park!

Join us for this FREE community tai chi gathering!! ALL ability and experience levels are welcome. An ability to tell right hand from left is celebrated, but not mandatory.

We will introduce and practice some warm-up exercises and a few forms in the 24-form Yang style.

If you like what you experience, we'll also have more information available on our upcoming tai chi workshop series taught at Young Wellness, LLC in uptown Greenwood.
