Let's Cook - Using What You Have, the Alaskan Way

Learn how to cook with local chefs using local ingredients, specialty crops that grow right on the Kenai Peninsula. Sundays, 3-5 pm at The Goods throughout the summer.

At this session, Rachel Monson, Chef at The Goods, presents "Using What You Have, the Alakan Way."

Classes are $20 per person (cash, check or credit card at the door). Proceeds go to the Kenai Local Food Connection (KLFC), a local nonprofit, to bring you more low-cost cooking classes.
