Amazing, beautiful and very different run this week.
The weather forecast is fantastic for Wednesday and it will be perfect along the river.

Fantastic views as we run along the River Deben and the surrounding area, woodland, meadow, heathland, two fantastic and fairly unknown boardwalk sections and even a nice set of 82 stairs! A little mud if you know where to look (optional)
Approximately 7.5 miles with a shortcut option of 5.5.
Historic old Woodbridge pub with great food and beers. They are old friends of the group and know we are coming.
Free (obviously) and all welcome.
Meet at the pub.
