Join us for a gentle, grounding weekly walk through nature – an opportunity to connect with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

Whether you’re looking to move your body, calm your mind, meet new people, or just enjoy a peaceful start to your weekend – you’re welcome.

What to expect:
– A relaxed-paced walk through nature
– Open conversation or peaceful silence – both are welcome
– A chance to disconnect from stress and reconnect with what matters
– Optional 5-minute group reflection/meditation towards the end

All ages and fitness levels welcome. Come as you are.
Bring water, comfortable shoes, and an open mind. ☀️
