This class is suitable for absolute beginners, people who want to refresh their knowledge of the basics of the practice, or students who wish to have a slower but still dynamic type of yoga class.

In these sessions, you will be taught:
* a mixture of both flowing and static poses.

You will explore a peak pose with variations in each class, enabling you to build more:
* strength, flexibility and resilience.

The aim of these sessions is to have fun and to move your body in lots of different ways.

Each class incorporates natural breathing techniques and finishes with a relaxation to allow students to experience some peace and calm.
