Come and celebrate the magic of SAMHAIN, as you connect with your baby in nature and open up their world to the sensory rich experience of being outdoors surrounded by nature in our beautiful Talybont on Usk canal paths & secret gardens. A beautiful outdoor session communing with nature, featuring forest bathing, a gentle walk, eco therapy, relaxation, mindfulness moments, breath work and a Cacao ceremony to bring calm, peace, and a gentler, slower pace to your day.

Connecting with the wheel of the year and celebrating each season is a beautiful way to slow down, nurture yourself and your baby, notice the details and live in harmony with nature whilst soaking up the beauty all around us.

This session will focus on celebrating SAMHAIN, the origins of what we now mark as Halloween. It was the Celtic new year and marked the Summer's end and the beginning of Autumn into Winter where we welcome in the darkness. It’s a time to rest, retreat and make plans to hibernate, just like nature herself.

Session is approximately 2 hours long & includes a guided forest bathing walk, mindful moments, nature activities, take-home crafts, lots of free play resources for babies & little ones in the hall after our nature walk, plus we will enjoy some lovely seasonal refreshments & ritual around this magickal turn of the wheel.

Suitable for babies from birth, toddlers and wobbly walkers too. Babies ideally to be carried as some walks are not suitable for buggies.
