Learn essential baking skills in a fun and relaxed environment, and take home not only your delicious creations but also the recipes and knowledge to bake them again.
Led by Wanda, who brings over 30 years of professional cooking experience, this course focuses on building solid techniques and systems for confident, expert-level baking. From precision preparation and accurate measurements to immaculate clean-downs and kitchen discipline, young bakers will be encouraged to develop the habits of true professionals—all while enjoying the creativity and joy of baking.
