Wanda will lead you through guided writing sessions designed to support personal wellbeing and emotional release.

These two-hour sessions require no writing experience β€” just a willingness to take part in a supportive, pressure-free group.

Are you looking to adopt or develop a personal journaling habit? Build your confidence as a writer? Or perhaps find comfort in companionship and shared therapeutic practice? Then this group is for you.

Writing is good for you, and together we can harness the power of words to write our way through life’s ups and downs.
