Join Nicky over 5 weeks in August to learn practices and healthy habits to support you living well and ageing well.
The 1 hour sessions based on the Dru Live Well, Age Well course will include:
Dynamic Primary Movements (Warm Up)
Increasing Flexibility (Shoulders & Hips)
Flexibility of the Spine
Strengthening the Upper Body & Core
Strengthening the Lower Body
Stability & Balance
Brain Health (Breath & Relaxation)
Sessions will involve light hand weights, resistance bands and can use a chair for support.
Bookings via the website to my regular Friday morning class, regulars can use their class pass, $20 per week casual attendance or pay $80 upfront for the week series (saving $20).
