Join us for a yoga session focused on letting go and conquering anxiety. We’ll dive into some restorative poses perfect for releasing tension and fostering relaxation. Plus, we’ll chat about the Yoga Sutras and explore the idea of Vairagya (non-attachment) to help reduce stress and let go of fears and attachments.

Who is this for?
