Join us as we align with the natural rhythm of the earth's solar and lunar energies! With the heat, sun, and longer days of summer, our Yang energy becomes dominant. Therefore, it is beneficial to balance this with gentle, cooling, and calming Yin energy.

We can bring these energies into harmony within ourselves with yoga Asanas (poses) and Pranayama (breath) as we journey through a vinyasa flow of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to enhance energy and focus, and Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations) to create calm and sooth the nervous system. No experience is necessary, and modifications are available so that everyone can participate! Bring your yoga mat (or borrow one of ours) and a water bottle. ($35/pp)
