Plein Air Sketching in the Gardens with Emily Bi

Guided by artist and gardener Emily Bi, participants will sketch amidst more than 350 varieties of peonies, thousands of perennials, and a diverse collection of native plants. The gardens, alive with birds and butterflies, provide a rich source of inspiration for capturing the beauty of nature on paper.

Emily will share tips and techniques for sketching en plein air, helping you observe and translate the forms, textures, and colours around you.
