The Nature Journal Club of Seacoast New Hampshire is looking forward to meeting at the Seacoast Science Center in Odiorne State Park in Rye, NH for our next journaling session!
We will meet outside the Science Center and walk together to find a spot to observe and sketch some marine creatures in tide pools.
Low tide is at 9:15 a.m.
Please note there may be a small fee for parking upon your arrival.
WHAT TO BRING:
Sturdy, comfortable walking/water shoes. We may be walking on some slippery surfaces as we look for tide pools.
Paper on a clipboard or a nature journal (a simple notebook with blank pages for sketching and note taking)
Pencils
Colored pencils (optional)
A light portable chair or cushion (This is also optional, but it is nice to be able to sit in comfort while sketching and writing.)
Coffee, tea or water to sip while sketching (scones and other breakfast pastries will be provided)
