Have you ever felt curious about arm balances but hesitant to try? You’re not alone—and this workshop is for you.
Join us on Saturday, August 16th at 10:30 AM for a 90-minute Arm Balance Workshop with the always-encouraging Ryan Ho. This class isn’t about nailing the perfect pose—it’s about exploring what’s possible, learning to trust your body, and having fun in the process.
You don’t need to have an arm balance practice to attend.
You don’t need to be strong or “advanced.”
You need an open mind and a willingness to play.
What You’ll Experience:
🧘♀️ Foundational movements to support arm balance exploration
💪 Simple strength and mobility drills—adaptable for all levels
😊 A relaxed, non-intimidating space to try new things
Whether you lift off or stay grounded, this class will help you build confidence, body awareness, and maybe even surprise yourself.
All levels are welcome—no need to be able to fly (yet)! Join us, ready to learn and have fun.
This workshop is free to members. If you have a class package, you can use one credit. The cost is $25 for all others.
(The regularly-scheduled Chill & Flow Together class will not be held on August 16th. This class will return the following Saturday!)
