Take a deep breath and relax into 90 minutes designed for comfort, calm, and nervous system reset. This cosy session offers gentle, somatic practices to help release stress and bring you back into your body at your own pace. After some guided movement there will be time for self- reflection and/or a little siesta :)

Please bring your favourite pillows, blankets, journal/book or anything else that helps you feel nice and cosy.

Think soft lighting, warm tea, quiet music, and a hygge-inspired atmosphere.

No experience needed, just come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, rested, and more connected to yourself.

This activity is appropriate for ages 13 and up. Limited spaces, koha available in-person or at the time of registration.
