Have you ever wanted to make your own comic books? This event, on August 8 from 3-5 pm, could be just what you need to get started!
We'll study comic book construction. Specifically, we'll study the comic book panels. The panels are where the action takes place, and where barbs of witty dialogue are slung.
To construct these panels, we'll utilize some simple materials, which we will provide.
In addition, one lucky patron will have their name drawn to win a piece of superhero art.
Programs like this would not be possible without the generous support of The Friends of the Lansdowne Public Library. Their dedication to providing reading and learning opportunities to youth is immense.
Please visit their website to see how you can help.
