Attention: Metro United Karate will be hosting their annual FREE Women's Self-Defense Workshop sponsored by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc... @Iota Rho Lambda Chapter.

This event is ideal for young ladies ages 17-21, as we prepare them for campus safety and overall awareness.
Your lead instructor will be a former 5X World Champion, retired Police Detective & Training Officer Atif Allison.
