This class offers a gentle restorative yoga practice where you'll relax in comfortable postures. A Reiki practitioner will assist your relaxation by directing Reiki energy to you, helping you completely relax in each posture and stimulating your body's own stress-reduction system to heal. This is followed by Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep—a guided relaxation that takes you into a state of deep rest while maintaining full awareness. You’ll leave feeling mentally and physically renewed!
Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra is for every body, whether you are new to yoga or a regular yoga practitioner. Wear comfortable layers, and please arrive 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle in!
