This ride is not just a test of endurance, but a journey to explore nature, heritage, and friendships—all while promoting sustainable travel and active lifestyles.

The CUC Sylhet Bicycle Ride is a multi-day exploration ride covering key natural and cultural landmarks in Sylhet. Starting from the Sylhet city center, the team will travel through tea gardens, waterfalls, hills, riversides, and local villages—experiencing the full essence of Sylhet on bicycles.
Whether you're an avid cyclist or a nature lover, this tour offers an unforgettable experience blending adventure, learning, and community bonding.

Here are some of the major spots planned for the ride:
1. Ratargul Swamp Forest
The only freshwater swamp forest in Bangladesh. Ideal for scenic paddling breaks.
2. Jaflong
Famous for its stone collection activities, tea gardens, and views of the Meghalaya hills.
3. Bisnakandi
A picturesque river valley where hills, rivers, and stone beds meet in harmony.
4. Lalakhal
Known for its crystal-clear blue water and boat rides—perfect for rest and recovery.

CUC prioritizes safety above all else. Participants are required to follow these precautions:
✅ Essential Gear
Helmet (mandatory)
Gloves & knee/elbow protection
Reflective vest or jacket
First-aid kit (each group carries one)
✅ Cycling Protocol
Maintain a group riding formation (preferably single file on narrow roads)
Avoid riding at night or in low-visibility conditions
Stay hydrated and rest at intervals
Obey local traffic laws and respect pedestrian zones
✅ Emergency Preparedness
Emergency contact numbers will be distributed
At least one escort/support vehicle for longer routes
Check-in points will be fixed every 10–15 km
