Join us Saturday August 16th 7:00-9:00 pm at 3600 Concord Pkwy S. for a delicious meal curated by Chef Jordan Rainbolt and paired with wines from Dover Vineyards! Each course will feature sunflowers accompanied by a Dover Vineyards Wine and a portion of the proceeds will go to support pollinator conservation efforts. We will also have sunflowers available for picking. This is a ticketed event so purchase them early!
COURSE 1
Grilled greens. Baby romaine. Seared dandelion. Sumac shallots. Sunseed vinaigrette.
COURSE 2
Pasture raised pork belly. Smoked peach grit cake. Pickled Okra. Sunflower garlic toum.
(Veg option: summer squash)
COURSE 3
Pine smoked brisket. Coal roasted sunchoke purée. Sunflower leaf and seed chimichurri.
Birds Eye Chili oil.
(Veg option: Charred blue oyster mushrooms)

Smoked sunflower oil cake. Summer berry compote. Sunflower honey. Chicory cream.
