Come learn all about snakes on Friday, August 1 at 11am at Wonder Works! What do they eat? How do they sleep? Do their eyes close? All will be revealed!
Robert Hilger from the Chicago Herpetological Society will be bringing two snakes to Wonder Works Children’s Museum for the children to meet. Both snakes are non-venomous and have used to being handled by humans. Children will have the opportunity to pet the snakes if they choose. There will also be a shedded snake skin for the children to explore.
The snake encounter will take place in the art room so that anyone who does not wish to be near a snake can feel safe playing at the museum.
This live snake encounter is included with museum admission.
