Alt-country/Americana night at The Cave!

The Yardarm:
Alt-rock with a distinct NC twang, The Yardarm combines the songwriting and singing talents of Jason Bales and JJ Westfield, with Palmer Smith on bass and John Cowan on drums.

“The Yardarm is among the long line of “rugged but right,” twangy rock and roll acts that have called the Triangle home over the years, albeit with perhaps a few more alt-rock influences than some others before them.” - Gary A. Miller, thelocalreporter.press

Brother Kent:
Brother Kent is a Durham-based foursome. Their first EP “Absent The Glory” tours the American sonic tradition, as well as the landscape. Equal parts The National and The Band, it’s Indie-edged Americana with storytelling always at the heart.

Jake Potter Band:
Jake Potter's alternative country band pits songs about hard-luck nights on the town, ghost stories from murky backwaters and the hardscrabble of life again a rock-and-roll sound inspired by the likes of Whiskeytown, Drive-By Truckers and Lucero. He released his debut EP, Apparitions, in 2022.
