Join us for "**Make Room for Natives: Strategies on Invasive Plant Identification and Control**," a presentation and discussion led by SAWN-PA member Laura Jackson. Laura is a well-known Pennsylvania Forest Steward (PAFS) and serves as President of the Woodland Owners of the Southern Alleghenies, one of our sister woodland associations. Laura will be sharing identification tips and insights on how to manage invasive plants that invade our forests. Laura and her husband Mike (also a PAFS) have been battling invasive plants on their property in Bedford County for many years; she will share successes and challenges in their efforts to advance healthy forests.
