About the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties: The United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties enhances the quality of life in our community by helping those in need. The United Way has adopted four Community Goals that keep Health, Education, Financial Stability, and Basic Needs in mind, while providing the sharpened focus necessary for creating the kind of strategic investments and actions that can make a bigger difference in the lives of our community members. They can improve lives by activating the caring power of the community to achieve those goals that will create lasting changes in community conditions.
About the Morgantown Area Partnership: The Morgantown Area Partnership is a coordinated public/private alliance for the betterment of economic, business, and community development in Monongalia County. Comprised of the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce, the Monongalia County Development Authority, the Morgantown Area Economic Partnership, Main Street Morgantown, and the Campus Neighborhoods Revitalization Corporation (Sunnyside Up), The Partnership takes a holistic approach to business, economic and community development and focuses on creative, strategic solutions to our growing community.
