This 3-hour session, will guide you through a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, focusing on the importance of taking time to restore energy through sleep, rest, and relaxation.

During the session, you will explore a range of yoga and meditation practices, including laughter and restorative yoga (suitable for all ages and levels of practice, including beginners), and you will be invited to establish personal wellbeing goals to help you live the life you want to lead.

The workshop is $60 per student and runs from 1- 4pm
