We are thrilled to share that August's First Friday event will feature a new Cabin Fever artist: Alaska born and raised Michael Erb!
Come by to see his finely turned bowls and intricate epoxy-wood charcuterie boards. Michael enjoys working with a variety of Alaskan and international woods — such as birch, alder, Lebanese cedar, madrone, applewood, and lacewood — celebrating the unique grain and character of each piece.

Michael Erb was raised in Sitka, Alaska, in a family deeply rooted in commercial fishing and boat building. He has now turned his focus to woodworking, channeling a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship into both functional and artistic creations. In addition to smaller works, he also crafts larger creations, including custom tables, doors, and furniture.
