In this introductory Kundalini yoga session, you’ll learn the fundamentals of the chakra system — your body’s energetic roadmap — and experience a full-body kriya that activates and balances all seven chakras. We’ll close with a restorative gong bath to support deep integration, healing, and nervous system regulation. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to your inner flow.

Monica is an RYT 200 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and transformational life coach. She blends movement, breath, and energy work to guide others into clarity and presence. She creates sacred spaces for transformation, where healing and radiance unfold naturally.

Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of physical and spiritual practices, combining movement, mantra, breathing and meditation techniques. Often described as the Yoga of Awareness, the goal is to increase vitality, provide clarity, balance the body, and increase consciousness.
