Carlton Summer Event Volunteers Meeting

🌟 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🌟
For the Carlton Summer Event – Sunday 17th August
📍 Carlton Recreation Ground, NG4 1FY | ⏰ 12pm – 6pm

We’re calling on local legends- we need volunteers to help us run this amazing free family event!

📢 Volunteer Training Session (required):
📆 Monday 4th August
⏰ 6:30pm – 8:30pm
📍 St. Cyprian’s Church, NG3 7AN

No experience needed – just a willingness to help out and be part of something special.

Volunteer roles include:
✅ Helping with races, games & kids’ activities
✅ Supporting stalls & community areas
✅ Guiding guests & offering a warm welcome
✅ Litter picking and general event support

🕐 Shifts are flexible – stay for an hour or the whole day! SHIFTS AND ASSIGNED ROLES WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE MEETING.
