The SAGE Event Center is proud to host the Customer Service Gold Certification Training on October 21 & 22, 10 AM – 3 PM each day!

This nationally recognized program—offered through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and led by David Faro, Senior Manager of Workforce and Business Development for the National Restaurant Association—is designed for anyone in customer service, no matter your industry. Whether you work in retail, healthcare, banking, utilities, government, hospitality, or any other customer-facing role, this training will help you elevate your customer experience and take your skills to the next level.
