The Art of Breathing: A workshop for health and longevity with Kim and Bob Muncil

Yoga breathing is not just for yoga students and it is not taught only in yoga classes. Yoga breathing consists of different techniques that can be used by anyone at any age to improve their health and well being. It is strengthening and coordinating our breathing muscles and making the mind/body connection stronger. Some breath techniques help to balance the nervous system. Some techniques help to relax the body and others help to energize the body.

In this workshop you will learn a variety of breathing techniques so that you can have a direct effect on your nervous system, stress level, sleep patterns, digestion, heart rate, and more. You will leave the workshop with techniques to begin utilizing immediately. You will also gain an awareness of your current breathing with breath tests that you can continue to use as a way of measuring your progress.

Kim Muncil is a certified breath coach, yoga practitioner, and meditation instructor.

Bob is a certified yoga and meditation instructor.
