Rochedale Yoga Flow with Verity

Breeze through your day with more ease and purpose with our weekly Friday morning yoga class in Rochedale.

This class explores flowing movements aligned with your breath to cultivate a calm and clear mind, consciously strengthen and stretch your entire body, and set you up for a great day.

Classes are warm and playful, with space for a laugh or two along the way.

This class is for you if you:
* Have stiff joints or aches and pains
* Are a senior, shift worker or don't work and want to connect with locals
* Are a parent with a busy life and looking for some breathing space
* Want to move your body in a way you look forward to (rather than dread!)

You don't need to be flexible or fit - all ages, genders and levels of experience are welcome! I'm super passionate about adapting the practice to make yoga accessible for you.
