Come and join me, Hayley from Dance Fit with Hayley, for a feel-good morning of dancing, community and connection.
Whether you’re a regular or totally new, this event is all about moving your body in a way that feels good and doing something kind for your mental health. We’ll dance to 90s bangers, throwback hits and singalong faves. We’ll laugh. We’ll sweat. We’ll leave feeling lighter.

💗 Why this event?
October is Mental Health Month and movement has always been a huge part of my own mental wellbeing journey.
I am also raising donations for The Butterfly Foundation, supporting Australians living with eating disorders and body image concerns.

What to expect:
Easy-to-follow dance fitness class (no experience needed!)

Warm-up, cool-down and a touch of mindfulness

Snacks, chats and time to connect

Great music
