Join us for a taste of a seasonal twist on a comfort classic β€” polenta, reimagined.

This version is made from fresh, in-season Trapani Farms sweet corn (yes, the veggie β€” not the grain!), Calkins Creamery Gouda, topped with Willow Wisp Organic Farm roasted garlic and sage, and earthy mushrooms from Lordville Farms.
