$55 HRW 2025 DINNER MENU
Starting at 5pm Daily
1st (Choose one)
• Steamed Mussels: Coconut milk, thai curry, cilantro, lime, garlic croutons
• White Gazpacho: Pistachios, grapes, cucumber, Marcona almonds
• Scallop Toast: Brioche, miso aioli, snow peas, fresh herbs, radishes, sesame oil
2nd (Choose one)
• Blackened Redfish: Bacon maque choux, creole cream, charred okra, chives
• Duck Breast: 5 spices, butter beans & kale, sherry vinegar gastrique, pine nuts, raisins
• Radiatore Pasta: Pulled osso bucco, sweet peas, ricotta, spicy gremolata
3rd (Choose one)
• Custard Pie: Vanilla, puff pastry crust, chantilly
• Chocolate Fondant: Molten cake, caramel gelato, orange sauce
• Strawberry Tart: White chocolate ganache, butter cookie, pistachios, basil
