Telling Untold Stories About Ordinary Heroes and Sheroes

Seemingly ordinary women and men are often brave and creative, persevering through great hardships. They are heroes, but their lives are often hidden, even in their families, and overshadowed by the culture’s definition of heroism. Researching and telling their stories can be a gift to all of us. Whether you are already deep into such a story, or have just the inkling of an idea, you are welcome to join this community of writers. We will consider various ways of telling these stories and read and respond to each other’s work.
