Adam Moe @ Dixon’s Autumn Harvest Winery!

I’ve been performing for most of my life. In 2012, I started the folky-tonk duo Pushing Chain with a former musical partner. For the next eight years, Pushing Chain toured the US and Canada, playing venues big and small and gaining fans the old-fashioned way — face to face, one at a time. I have been featured on radio and television across the country, and I’ve played some of the biggest festivals in the country, including the 2019 Woody Guthrie Festival and the 2019 Kerrville Folk Festival.
With the onset of the 2020 pandemic, I set out on a solo career. The result is an ever-changing array of classic country and folk music combined with my original songs, which have been described as both witty and poignant. Backed by my custom-built tenor guitar, I attempt to take audiences back to a time when telling the story was more important than selling it. As one recent audience member said, ""This guy has an old soul.""
I believe that good music can make strangers share a table, and I try to prove it every time I play. Currently, I play approximately 150 shows per year across the Midwest and beyond.
