The heater is working! We will have Aquatics class today. Please contact me if you wish to attend!!
(While we are waiting for the pool to get fixed we have switched to Chaihr Yoga. These classes include gentle seated and standing movements to help increase your balance and strength along with some meditative relaxation. Always adaptable to any ability level.)
Cost is $5/class or included with your YMCA membership
