Gait Analysis with Dr. Josh

Josh Hefner from Benson Sports Therapy and Wellness will be with us from 10:00am to 1:00 pm on Saturday August 16th for a general gait analysis. He will have 9 20 minute slots available in which he will watch you run on the treadmill and give you some feedback on what he sees with your running form. This is a great chance to get some feedback. There is a minimal cost of $25 and appointments will have to be scheduled due to the limited number of slots available.
