Heart Opening Breathwork Journey

We all carry stress in our daily lives - stress that is stored in our bodies until we release it. This breathwork experience is an opportunity to shift negative energy, move through what’s stuck deep in your tissues, and create space for clarity, transformation, joy, and deep connection.

This isn’t just deep breathing—it’s an active, somatic experience designed to take you beyond your thinking mind and into your heartspace. You may feel emotions rise and move through you, or you may feel lighter, freer, and more at peace than you have in a long time.

This workshop is open to everyone looking to move energy, heal, and find comfort and connection - with yourself and others. No experience needed—just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Please bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- Water
- An eye pillow or some sort of eye covering
- A journal or notebook and pen/pencil

About Robyn:


Hi everyone! I've been teaching yoga, pranayama and meditation for more than 20 years. I am also a breathwork facilitator/energy healer (certified in Levels 1-5 with David Elliott). I have been sensing and feeling energy fields ever since I can remember, and to heighten my perception, I became certified in Meridian Yoga, Reiki, and Reconnective Healing®. Also a certified Psych-K® facilitator, I bring energy healing into both group breathwork and 1:1 breathwork sessions. In my experience, breathwork and energy healing - paired together - is the fastest way to peel back your layers, release tension and break through emotional blocks. I am excited to share this healing modality with all of you in classes, 1:1 sessions, and at retreats that I host at beautiful locations, as well as at my lakeside retreat home, WeAre Buddhaful.
