Join me for my teaching at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. Practice is beginner-friendly and designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mind-body connection. Pittsburgh Botanic Garden’s peaceful gardens and woodlands provide an excellent environment to focus and immerse yourself in this practice. Please bring your own yoga mat for the session. Yoga at the Garden is suitable for adults and youth 16-18, accompanied by an adult. This class is open to individuals of all levels of yoga experience.
