Ultimate frisbee skills and pick up - defensive positioning

Come along to fine tune your frisbee skills and play some female pick up

Who: female matching players who have basic to advanced frisbee skills
What: 1 hour of skills followed by women's pickup
coach: guest

Bring a light and a dark top for pick ups.

*Note if on the Wednesday prior, there are not 7 people going, the event will be cancelled. Therefore, make sure you mark if you are going or remove yourself if you can no longer attend.
