Saturdays at Llanymynech Canal Wharf

Llanymynech Canal Wharf is open for the purchase of light refreshments. Come along and enjoy an ice cream or hot drink and find out more about the Montgomery Canal and its history and heritage. Why not also take a walk around the Heritage Area to find out about the history of limestone quarrying in the area and its links to the Montgomery Canal?

Our visitor centre has a small exhibition relating to canals and canal building.
