Sourdough 101 - Beginner class

Why take a sourdough class with me? Well, I’ll be sharing the whole process/recipe that I personally use to create over 60 loafs of breads a week! I will also be encouraging people to join a group I have created where people who have attended the class can ask questions and I can help troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
