We’re two weeks into our new routine with our latest little bestie… the Pilates Ball! 💜
And wow, what fun we’ve had!

It’s amazing how this soft little ball can work your whole body:

✨ Squeeze it between your hands to strengthen arms and forearms
✨ Lie on it to open up the chest and build upper-body strength
✨ And the crowd favourite? 🤔😂 Holding it between the knees to fire up those inner thighs, pelvic floor, and stubborn core muscles!

It’s a full-body workout that you definitely don’t want to miss — and best of all, we have a good laugh while doing it!
