Mini Festival in the Park

Death Race has long been a cornerstone event in Grande Cache bringing people together and contributing to our local economy over the past 25 years. While the race itself remains strong, the community celebrations that once accompanied it have unfortunately declined.
These events were never just about the race they were about celebrating our community. They gave us the chance to thank our residents for opening their doors and hearts to racers and visitors alike. Sadly, with so many long-time organizers and vendors stepping back, this important part of the weekend has nearly vanished.
Seeing this void, a few of us, inspired by the team at Spruce and Bean felt we couldn’t let this tradition disappear. Despite limited time and resources, we came together to organize a Mini Festival: a grassroots event to keep the spirit alive for our residents, especially for younger families and children.
This isn’t about throwing a large-scale event it’s about preserving a tradition, reigniting local pride, and bringing people together. The Death Race has always inspired the youth of Grande Cache, and this community-focused festival helps keep that inspiration alive. Visit https://1800pineplaza.com/mini-festival-dr-2025
