Have you every fancied tackling that thread bare chair covered with a throw or found the perfect charity shop find that's stuck in the 70's?
Deco Ghetto is a fully equipped professional upholstery studio based in Kelso.
We will guide you through the tricks of the trade to help your project come back to life passing on our valued knowledge and experience.
You can bring along a traditional piece or a modern style, everything you need including tools and materials are available.
Cuppas and biscuits are a plenty, all you need to bring along is your project and a packed lunch and fabric of your choice.
It's always best to check the suitability of fabric for your project, there is also an extensive range of fabrics to purchase at the workshop.
Projects completed by our students are to such a high standard people leave with a great sense of pride in their work and a new found addiction to upholstery.
The full day classes are perfect for building up momentum with your project and for those who aren't able to commit to our weekly term time run sessions.
Day classes are also run with small group numbers ensuring you get the devoted attention of your tutor.
You can book one day or more. A 10% discount is offered to block bookings of 4 or more classes (to be booked at the same time).
Single days are charged at £75
A 50% deposit is taken to reserve your place.
