Time spent in Nature is good for our well-being, and practising mindfulness in nature can benefit your experience by giving your mind a break from busy-ness too. Mindfulness can help us be 'in the present moment', let any thoughts about future or past go. Giving ourselves time to 'simply be' without adding any stress to our experiences. Gently observing and noticing what is really here, bringing kind acceptance to how we are feeling. This session is open to beginners and anyone with some experience.
