Tinsey Rinsey little (ish) Beginner Run

Last run of the summer!!!😢
We will be on a break until September to escape the manic school holidays and summer traffic!
Meet at Rinsey Head National Trust car park at 9:30am
This will be a 4-5 mile run.
Mixture of coast path and inland tracks.
Please bring *water, even on a distance this short.
(*Preferably carry it in a running vest or small backpack/camel bak).

This is a good time to come

If you hate it or us - no one will know because there isn’t one for another 6 weeks 😅
The run is led by an Off Road Running coach and Qualified Personal Trainer of nearly 20 years experience.
